Only exact recordings you approve are added. Existing songs are skipped. Sync adds songs; it never removes anything from your YouTube playlist.
Google connection setup
One-time setup: create an unbilled Google Cloud project, enable only YouTube Data API v3, then create a Web application OAuth client. Add your Google account as a test user while the app is in Testing. Google may require you to reconnect weekly in Testing mode. No payment method or paid Google services are needed for this setup.
